The platform itself is really amazing in it's simplicity and straight-forward both for GUI and developers. Our company is working with the developers to customize EpesiBIM for our business. We have replaced Access database, as well as several ongoing spreadsheets and other documents. We have remote users in several locations, the system serves as our source for file sharing and archiving, as well as ongoing project reports. Having only begun to use Epesi a few months ago, we have not implemented the overwhelming majority of applications that apply to our business. None the less this program has already proven to be a significant asset. At its basic level Epesi's companies, contacts, and tasks features serve as an excellent sales planning, tracking and action driving program. The projects feature allows for detailed tracking of jobs from point of sale to invoice. Using the "click to fill" feature makes recording information effortless and accurate. It is quite evident that further implementation of the system into all aspects of our business will greatly increase our productivity and reporting capability. I've spent a lot of time looking for a solution that our sales people will actually use. [...] I was willing to suggest paying for a crm but none of the paid or open source programs were as light and functional as this one.
